BOBBIN MOUNTS
Bobbin Mounts are a low-cost solution to reducing vibration and shock. They can be used in either Compression or Shear or a combination, and are available with various thread configurations.
BUFFERS AND BUMP STOPS
Buffers and Bump Stops provide a low-cost solution for absorbing Shock and Vibration. They are easy to install, and typically used to reduce the force of an impact from a secondary object. Alternatively, they can be used as an elastic element, where the rubber remains in direct contact with a surface. They are manufactured from 1st Grade Natural Rubber which can accommodate high deformation and high stresses. On request, they are also available in High Damped Rubber.
CAPTIVE TRANSIT MOUNTS
Our Captive Transit Mounts feature an integral overload stop to help control the movement of mounted equipment during transit while also providing a failsafe arrangement for controlling shock loads. LEVELLING FEET

CAB MOUNTS
Browse our range of cab mounts including heavy duty multi directional mounts and flanged compression mounts. Our cab mounts have a simple method of installation and are able to withstand high dynamic shock loads, which makes them particularly suitable for mobile applications. For a completely failsafe solution the mounting should be used in combination with overload and rebound washers. HOLLOW RUBBER SPRINGS

RUBBER BUSHING
Vibratech offer a wide range of rubber bushings, also known as bushing mounts, that are used in various applications where high levels of shock and vibrations need to be absorbed such as vehicle suspensions. With its cylindrical shape, the rubber shock bushing mount acts as a vibration absorption link between two mechanical bodies allowing torsional angular rotation, radial and axial loads, plus conical movement. The design of our bushing uses high quality rubber bonded to an inner and outer metal sleeve (IOS). This type of bush allows very low maintenance requirements while eliminating high frequency vibrations. Our rubber bushings come in a wide range of sizes to suit many kinds of applications.
